At the same time Spencer must contend with her sister's new fiancee,Wren.Melissa compliments her sister on her renovation of the barn and tells her that she and Wren are moving in there,as promised by her parents.Spencer confronts the two of them,but they move in anyway.Later,Spencer and Wren flirt which irritates Melissa.
At school Aria meets Ezra in the classroom to discuss their relationship.He feels like Aria led him on unprepared for an inlict relationship with a student,while she is trying to convince him that he feels something for her.
Emily and Maya go for a walk and talk about Alison and her dissapearence.Next day at school Emily finds a note from -A in her locker letting her know that she/he/it knows about her and Maya kissing.Than Spencer asks her if something is wrong,but Emily denies it.
Later,at night Spencer is lookin at Melissa and Wren kissing,when she gets a message from -A.She/He/It knows about Spencer's jealous feelings,and that this is not the first time.Spencer has a flashback to the summer when she was dating Ian Thomas.Alison announced that Spencer had to reveal something,but Spencer didn't confess.Spencer then threatend Ali that she will tell everyone about The Jenna Thing.Back in the real time she sees a blond girl at the DiLaurentis house and thinks that it's Alison.
That night police shows to Hanna's house and arrest her for the sunglasses that she stole.At the precinct she wants to eat a candy but then -A sends her a mocking message.A police officer that is working on a case,Detective Wilden,is more interested in her mother,so she uses that and gets Hanna out of jail.Ashley(Hanna's mom)says to Hanna that she will protect her no matter what.
Suddenly,police shows at Maya's house where it seems to be the whole town.Maya comes to Emily and she tells her that they found a body and they think it's Alison.There The Liars reunite again.
At Hanna's she is sitting on the couch,watching television when her mom loudly enters the house with Wilden.The two of them kiss and go upstairs.Hanna watches them,guiltly frozen.
The next day is Ali's funeral.There Jessica DiLaurentis meets with the Liars and thank them for coming.Before the service Aria spots Ezra and he apologizes for her loss and for brushing her off.Then he kisses her telling her that he wants to continue their relationship.Then the girls talk and find out that they all have been recieving messages from -A.Just than,Jenna Marshall arrives,led by Toby Cavanaugh to their shock.
After the service,detective Wilden introduces himself to the girls and says that he is investigating Ali's murder.He let's them know that he will be reviwing their stories and watching them.-A then sends them a message letting them know that she/he/it knows everything.
